Open rehearsal of favourite opera choruses from La Traviata and Carmen directed by Nick Fowler.

2.30 – 5.30 Opera Workshop

Keith Warner rehearses our singers in dramatic solo arias and works with them on preparing a role for performance.

8.00 – 9.00 James Rutherford in Recital

The British bass-baritone, renowned internationally for his Wagnerian roles, gives a rare UK recital of Lieder and arias.

This is followed by an informal drinks reception where the audience is invited to meet Mastersingers’ featured artists: Lee Bisset, Rebecca Afonwy-Jones, Charne Rochford, Julian Close and Musical Director Kelvin Lim.
