Dramatic, graceful and deeply satisfying, Mozart’s Trio is like a concerto in miniature. It caps this performance from one of today’s most expressive new ensembles. They open their concert with Haydn’s Trio in A and its romp of a finale, and follow it with a world premiere  by Georgian composer Russudan Meipariani, whose music has been described as “dreamy and wild, strange and familiar”. Her work often combines elements of minimalism and Georgian polyphony together with pop-culture references.Trio E.T.A. formed in Hamburg in 2019 and has since become one of Europe’s most exciting young chamber ensembles, recently winning the prestigious Premio Trio di Trieste.Elene Meipariani violin
