Can you describe colour with sound? Join us to hear three prize-winning musicians explore composer Jennifer Higdon’s answer, in a programme also taking in C.P.E. Bach and Brahms.

Trio Cordiera was established in 2016, bringing together three young musicians: Antoine Préat (Piano, France), Hatty Haynes (Violin, UK) and Eliza Millett (Cello, UK).

The trio are fascinated by historical performance, and it influences their approach to all their work. In this concert they present music by C.P.E. Bach, Brahms and Jennifer Higdon’s youthful trio which seeks to describe colours through music.

Each Friday from January to March we welcome some of the best young ensembles from the UK and abroad to Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall for Britten Pears Arts’ Friday Lunchtime Concert series.
